Even though his dedication and performance led to a promotion to Chief Petty Officer, Dan felt a pull towards a different kind of service—one that would allow him to help people achieve their dreams of homeownership.

In 2017, Dan embarked on a new challenge, fully immersing himself in the world of real estate and gaining a deep understanding of the Hawaii market. His journey began as a REALTOR® with Military Home Source, a veteran-owned brokerage. Through dedication and hard work, he ascended to the position of Principal Broker at Real Broker, LLC, where he played a key role in expanding the brokerage from 40 to over 200 agents. This diverse experience provided him with invaluable insights into the real estate process from various perspectives, enabling him to provide comprehensive support and anticipate potential challenges for his clients.
